    The Voyage:
    body acceptance Project

This blog contains documentation of the individuals models taking part in the Voyage. The images show the sentimental items given to become the paper sculptures. The colors of the sculptures are based off the items given and conversation while in the studio.

    What is body Acceptance?

Body acceptance is an understanding that the body is something to live within. Body acceptance is having an appreciation for the work the form does in holding the whole self. It is not a passive resignation that the body does or does not conform to a cultural standard, but it is an active acknowledgement and appreciation of the form that allows each person to bring their true essence alive in the world.

With your support this project its full sail ahead. Join the voyage.
